September 4, 2005 journal, New Orleans is being compared to the end of the world. Concentration camps are being set up. It is a sad day with so many people suffering. Luxury is interrupted. The world is in turmoil from the forced evacuation of Gaza to the fear of truck drivers to deliver water to the perishing people in the central city which is amazingly still accessible by highway but nobody down there will help them. Police are turning in their badges rather than apprehend looters in this desperate situation and the government has sacrificed these people who have lived on a 24-hour food supply since birth. It is most disgraceful. NBC from New York is calling it racial and it is obviously.

These people deserve to be given clean water and nutritional food to survive, they are the working force of the city with federal, state and no doubt city taxes being withheld from their salaries. They have a right to be rescued from this hell hole inferno that's not of their making. This government is being exposed as being powerless to deal with any big crisis. NBC News admitted they overplayed the rioting which has caused fear in the bus drivers and supply vehicle drivers which has dramatically worsened the problem. I cannot blame the residence for being irate and desperate to survive. The Red Cross should be seized and forced to do their job for which they are paid by the government, given by America.

They have failed in disaster after disaster to deliver intended supplies/funds to the people.

What good is money if there is nothing to buy? Water everywhere and not a drop to drink.
